Sven Gralla
Organization: LBBW Asset Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH


Sven Gralla has been working as Fund Manager Private Debt & Infrastructure Equity at LBBW Asset Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH since the beginning of 2024 and focusses on manager selection within various fund of funds strategies, individual advisory mandates and managed accounts. Previously, Sven Gralla was a Senior Associate at Hauck Aufhauser Lampe, where he was responsible for setting up a private debt fund of funds with a focus on the lower-mid-market as a member of the investment team. During his Master's degree, Sven Gralla worked as a researcher for BAI e.V. (German Alternative Investment Lobby), where he conducted research projects on topics such as private debt, infrastructure and co-investments. Sven Gralla holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Cologne. He also completed the Alternative Investments Programme at the London School of Economics. Sven is a member of the Advisory Boards of the PDI German Forum and the PDI Europe Summit since 2023. Sven Gralla is a founding member of the BAI NextGen Council, which focus on networking of future leaders in the industry (GPs & LPs).


Nedelina Lazarova
Organization: Viridium Gruppe


Nedelina Lazarova arbeitet seit 2020 bei HQ Trust im Bereich Alternative Investments und betreut vor allem die Anlageklassen Private Equity sowie Private Debt. Bevor sie zu HQ Trust kam, war sie als Projektleiterin für die milliardenschwere Alternative Credit Allokation der Viridium Gruppe, eine deutsche Lebensversicherungsgesellschaft, zuständig. Während ihrer Zeit bei Viridium war sie für Real Estate Debt, Infrastructure Debt, Leveraged Loans, Direct Lending, sowie Specialty Finance Themen zuständig. Nedelina Lazarova ist Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) und Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) und hat an der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München und der Universität Luigi Bocconi in Mailand studiert.


Lukas Neubauer
Organization: Campbell Lutyens & Co. Ltd


Lukas Neubauer is a Managing Director at Campbell Lutyens and is responsible for relationships in the DACH region, focusing on infrastructure and real assets. Lukas has more than ten years of experience managing relationships and raising capital across private and public markets. Prior to joining Campbell Lutyens, he was a Sales Director at Natixis Investment Managers and spent six years at PIMCO, working with institutional investors in the DACH region and Eastern Europe. Lukas has worked and lived in Europe, in the US and in China. He is a CFA charterholder and holds an Executive MBA from the European School of Management and Technology.


Anna Richter
Organization: AltamarCAM Partners


Anna Richter ist 2015 bei AltamarCAM Partners bzw. deren Vorgängergesellschaften als Praktikantin während des Studiums eingestiegen und hat seither im Unternehmen diverse Bereiche kennengelernt. Nachdem sie lange Zeit zusammen mit dem Investmentteam für die Managerselektion und -prüfung zuständig war, ist sie seit 2022 zusammen mit dem gesamten Client Solutions-Team verantwortlich für diverse SMA-Kunden im Bereich Private Equity. Anna hat einen Master-Abschluss in Volkswirtschaftslehre von der Universität zu Köln. Darüber hinaus absolvierte sie das Alternative Investments-Programm an der London School of Economics (LSE).


Dmytro Shevchenko
Organization: Ernst & Young


Dmytro has 10 years of experience in financial services (capital markets, wealth and asset management, fund management), focusing on corporate strategy, transaction advisory (commercial and operational due diligences, PMI, carve-outs, synergy assessments), and value creation assessments for diverse financial institutions and PE firms. He is a CFA® charterholder and CAIA® charterholder as well as a Frankfurt School of Finance and Management Alumni.
